How can I know my status order?
Scroll down the website and click on the Track Order and enter the tracking ID given to you after the completion of the purchase.
What are the Payment opton available?
Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, net banking or cash on delivery.
Shippng Charges?
There is no shipping charges is collected from the customer.
How can I cancel my order?
Order once placed can only be cancelled prior to the shipment.
What is return policy?
You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in it’s original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which a refund may not be possible. Please refer to the Return Policy.
How do I return my order?
The order can be returned within 24 hours from the date you receive the product. The product can be easily picked up by our logistics partner.
